As of November 20, 2024, all employees, assets, contracts, rights, and obligations of MarkIT Eesti AS have been transferred to MarkIT Holding AS. The fulfilment of contractual obligations will not be affected by the merger.
Following the merger, MarkIT Eesti AS has been removed from the Estonian Commercial Registry, and as of November 20, 2024, MarkIT Holding AS will be the contractual partner as a general successor. If necessary, MarkIT Holding Aktsiaselts is prepared to add an amendment to any Agreement to reflect the change of the contractual party as required.
All current addresses, email addresses, websites and contact information will remain the same. Bank account numbers for invoice payments will stay the same; only the company/recipient name will change to MarkIT Holding Aktsiaselts.
