The Lindy DVI CAT6 Extender allows high-resolution digital video to be sent between devices using low cost CAT6/6a network cable. The extender uses two modules - one transmitter and one receiver. The transmitter connects directly to a DVI-D source. The receiver connects to a DVI-D display in the same way. Between the two modules, a low cost CAT6/6a cable is used to transmit the video signals. The Extender supports high resolutions using high quality cable.
